The Corral was built by the Stampede on city-owned land. The land is leased on a 99-year basis for $1/year. The Stampede is a non-profit organization and used a mixture of public funds and contributions. The Flames were a tenant to the Stampede. The Stampede cannot sell the Corral. From my perspective (and Mr. Fashe's), the Corral is a PUBLIC facility.
